About Sandra

Originally from Bolivia, South America, I came to the United States many years ago with a clear goal: to learn the language and build a better future. Starting from scratch wasn’t easy, but through hard work and perseverance, I planted my roots and made this country my home. I’m a proud single mother to a wonderful daughter who inspires me daily. She is the reason behind everything I do.

My passion for real estate began in 2016 through personal experience, when I started investing in properties across Texas, Virginia, and Memphis, Tennessee. These hands-on experiences deepened my love for the industry and inspired me to become a licensed real estate agent in Virginia. My journey began in Stafford, VA, a place that continues to hold a special place in my heart.

Today, I’m proud to serve as a full-time realtor committed to helping individuals and families navigate the real estate market with confidence.
